CDROP develops programs to mitigate the effects of climate change on vulnerable communities, such as building resilience to droughts and floods through conservation of water resources and alternative livelihoods.
- CDROP promotes massive rangeland management to avoid environmental degradation through tree planting in rural areas targeting rural residentials settlements, villages, schools and towns in Arid and Arid regions.
- We support the local framers in agriculture, fisheries, and forestry with targeted programs on environmental degradations and climate change through targeted assistance as the main guardians of natural resources on proper land management, good agricultural, practice to alleviate more pressure on the environment and lower greenhouse gas emissions.
- CDROP participates in educating rural community on the importance of trees planting and preservation of environment to its natural state, enhancing community-based adaptation to climate change programs and initiation of resilience programs
